This program offers a deeper understanding of semiconductor principles beyond what's typically covered in textbooks. It provides insights into the practical aspects of semiconductor design and development. For college students interested in pursuing a career in semiconductors, this course bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, enhancing their understanding and readiness for the industry.
For students specializing in IC design, this course reinforces the importance of understanding the devices used in their designs.
You can reach out to your institute/organization as the tools used in this program are industry-standard tools and need licenses to be purchased. In this program, we will be offering the licenses during the duration of the training (only to those opting for hands-on), but post-program you may have to arrange for the procurement of the tools from alternate sources.
No, signing up for hands-on in this program is not required if you already have the access to the tools.
The meeting recordings will be shared with participants via email as videos organized into playlists for each Cohort and Level. You are advised to open the video links first and then the playlist link.
No, the meeting link is recurring and will remain the same for the entire Level in a Cohort.

Yes, you can apply to start with the basics (Level 1) and subsequently, you can register for higher levels.
If you have completed your B.Tech coursework and believe that you have substantial knowledge of Levels 1 and 2, you can enroll in the Advance Level. Otherwise, the recommendation is to start with Levels 1 and 2.
The minimum qualification to enroll for Level 1 is B.Tech 2nd year. While we don’t want to stop anyone, we suggest you wait for your 2nd year to be completed to get some idea of semiconductor devices. If you are eager to start early, we recommend you first finish these YouTube Lecture series:

Fee-related FAQs

Answer: Yes, please write to us to know the details of the discounts.
Answer: No, we don’t have such a provision.
Answer: You can pay for all the levels at once or pay one by one.

Registration-related FAQs

Answer: The registration portal would be open throughout the year. However, the seats for a level in a cohort would be filled on a first-come first-served basis. Every level and cohort has an upper limit due to technical constraints. We recommend you register at the earliest (maximum by 3 days before the start of a cohort) if you are interested in joining an upcoming cohort as there is a possibility that you will be shifted to the next cohort if the upcoming cohort is full.
Answer: No, there is no limit on bulk registration. You can upload a CSV file with the details asked in the template on the registration portal. However, if there arises a possibility that the upcoming cohort becomes full, the excess people will be shifted to the next cohort.
Answer: You may email us a snapshot of your fee payment status so that we can resolve the issue with our event management team (GHA Conference). For further assistance, you may contact Mr. Dharmendra: +91 8908664569 from GHA Conference.
Answer: No, this will be considered a violation of the rules/policies if you want to take advantage of the student discount. If you're registering as a student (see the criteria under Eligibility FAQs), you must upload your valid college ID card only.
Answer: No, the Student quota is strictly reserved for students only. Uploading an expired Student ID card and paying the fee under the student category will attract cancellation of your registration and no certificate will be given in such cases. To enroll, you must write your affiliation as Independent and pay the fee under the non-student category (i.e. Industry/Academia). Those students who have recently graduated and are still unemployed are given a grace period of six months to sign up under the student category.
